December 15th REGISTRATION DEADLINE

Building a society that consciously pursues this collective purpose is the work of not only this generation, but of many generations to come, and Bahá’u’lláh’s followers welcome all who labour alongside them in this undertaking. It means learning how to raise up vibrant, outward- looking communities; it means those communities learning how to bring about spiritual and material progress; it means learning how to contribute to the discourses that influence the direction of that progress.

The Baha’i schools are open to everyone. Families of those attending children’s classes, Junior Youth Groups, devotions and study circles are especially encouraged to attend this community-building weekend!

Healing Our Social Fractures

“The All-Knowing Physician hath His finger on the pulse of mankind. He perceiveth the disease, and prescribeth, in His unerring wisdom, the remedy. Every age hath its own problem, and every soul its particular aspiration. The remedy the world needeth in its present-day afflictions can never be the same as that which a subsequent age may require. Be anxiously concerned with the needs of the age ye live in, and centre your deliberations on its exigencies and requirements.”

~Baha’u’llah, Tabernacle of Unity

Friday August 30 – Monday, September 2, 2024

Location: La Foret Conference and Retreat Center, Black Forest, CO

RATES & LODGING INFO

Join us as we explore some “social fractures” in our society and what we can do, through implementing Baha’u’llah’s principles, to heal them as we find a path to unity and peace.

Where else but in Bahá’u’lláh’s principle of the oneness of humankind can the world find a vision broad enough to unite all its diverse elements? How else but by translating that vision into an order based on unity in diversity can the world heal the social fractures that divide it? Who else can be the leaven through which the peoples of the world can discover a new way of life, a pathway to enduring peace? Extend then to everyone the hand of friendship, of common endeavour, of shared service, of collective learning, and advance as one.” Universal House of Justice (Ridvan 2024)
