Please join the conversation and turn “Knowledge into Action” at the Colorado East Bahá’í Summer School! 

There will be cohesive learning at all levels. Children, Junior Youth, Youth and Adults will delve into common topics, so they can come together throughout the school and have intergenerational conversations leading to inspired action once they return to their home communities.

There is plenty of time to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings, enjoy your old friends and make new ones. Recreational activities include a heated outdoor swimming pool, softball field, tennis, basketball, horseshoe pits, disc golf and a walking labyrinth.

There is a nursery available for younger children.

Come join us for a great weekend of learning, devotion, music, fun and fellowship for the whole family.

Summer School Earlybird Extended

As you may be aware, the recent and devastating Black Forest Fire burned close to the La Foret Conference and Retreat Center, where we are planning to hold our Summer School. Our prayers have been with the Black Forest community all week and we look forward to helping that community rebuild.

Thankfully, La Foret reports that their property has not been damaged. The committee is hopeful that our school will be held as planned.  

With the uncertainty surrounding the fire, we understand people may be hesitant to register for the school. Please know that if, for any reason, we have to cancel the Colorado East Baha’i School, we will fully refund your deposit.   

Since there has been recent significant progress in containing the fire, we have decided to extend the Early Bird Discount deadline to this Friday, June 21st. In order to help the planning committee estimate if we will have the minimum number of attendees to hold the school, please register this week if you plan to attend. Thank you!

at the La Foret Conference Center in Black Forest, CO (NE of Colorado Springs). Please note that the conference center has reported it has not been affected by the fire.

 

This school’s theme:  “Strengthening Our Wings by Transforming our Communities”

 

Due to the uncertainty related to the Black Forest Fire, we have extended the early bird registration deadline to Friday, June 21.

Final Registration Deadline: July 7th

 

There are Adult, Youth, Junior Youth, Children, and Preschool Classes.  Nursery care is provided.
