There are 2 parts to your school rate:
- Rooms are a flat rate cost and sleep up to 5 people. (2 queen beds plus 1 floor futon mattress). If we assist with roommate placements, we will split the room cost between those staying in the room.
- Plus the per person rate (see chart below).
Example: 2 adults + 2 children
= Room rate + Adult rate (x2) + Child rate (x2)

YOUTH! IMPORTANT NOTE: Those attending the youth camp 12/29-1/3 – your registration fee was included in the camp cost. Please complete the registration form but do not pay a deposit.

Day Only Rates (*NO Meals or lodging/room included)
- The Day Rate covers Friday through Sunday, including Saturday use of the YMCA activities.
- It does NOT include overnight lodging.
- It does NOT include meals. Meals may be purchased in the cafeteria, or you may bring your own food and eat in the lodge or the cafeteria. Limited fridge space is available.
- Day Rate is not eligible for the early bird discount.

Scholarships: Please contact your Local Spiritual Assembly first as many LSAs have scholarship funds available. The Schools committee has a limited number of scholarships available. Please contact the Registrar for more information.
If you require special accommodations or are registering after the deadline, please contact the Registrar first to ensure space availability.
Deadlines, Scholarships, Policies
Deadlines:
– Earlybrid Registration closes: November 24
– Registration closes: December 15
– $50 deposit per person required at registration. (waived for those on Assembly scholarship or attending the 12/29-1/3 youth camp)
– Balance due by December 29.
Refund Policy:
– No refunds after December 15.
Discounts & Scholarships:
- Scholarships are available. Please contact your Local Spiritual Assembly first, then you may request a schools committee scholarship on your registration form or via email.
Dietary & Mobility Needs:
- Please indicate dietary needs on your registration form.
- Limited fridge & freezer space is available in the meeting lodge for those with dietary or medical needs. Please contact the registrar in advance.
- If you have special mobility considerations, please contact the registrar to discuss your needs.
